STATE OF THE WORLD UPDATE

To
the world, the news is grim. To us, the news is always good.
It
really depends on your worldview, whether you see the world in natural terms or
through the eyes of God.
We’re
either all going to die within a few weeks or months, or God is setting us free
from the bondage of Mystery Babylon.
Take
your pick. Personally, I am optimistic about the future. The best is yet to
come.
The
USSR and China
The
Soviet Union fell after the Russians suffered under a 70-year captivity to the
Socialists (November 6, 1917 to November 6, 1987). They who came to power
promising equality, peace, and prosperity for all. They killed over 60 million
people in their pursuit of happiness. Christians were their worst enemy.
China
is now faced with a similar fate after the Chinese people have suffered under
their own 70-year captivity (October 1, 1949 to 2019).
It
took a few years of decline for the Soviet Union to fully collapse, but it all
started when President Gorbachev gave his speech before the Supreme Soviet on
their 70th anniversary. His words sounded optimistic, but
essentially he threw in the towel.
I
wonder how long it will take for China to collapse, now that they have
completed their 70 years of captivity.
Kim
Clement had some interesting prophecies regarding China years ago. He said
China and America would become best friends shortly. If that happens, I doubt
that it could occur under the present Socialist regime.
Answering
Prayer
It
appears that the coronavirus (or corvid-19) is playing a major role in the
collapse of China as we know it. China has been at the center of the
globalist’s program to offshore western industry and shifting huge amounts of
cash from West to East. This program accelerated after November 29, 1994, which
was the day that the US House passed the GATT trade treaty which was soon to
morph into the WTO. China’s entry into the WTO then sparked a mass movement
where multinational corporations began moving their manufacturing to China.
This
was actually God’s answer to our prayer in the Jubilee Prayer Campaign a year
earlier (November 29, 1993). God has strange ways of answering prayer. We often
fail to recognize it for what it is. Often, instead of getting rid of the
problem, as requested, He accelerates it and magnifies it in order to expose it
to the people and bring it to an earlier end.
In
other words, He shows us the problem so we will learn and won’t allow it to
happen again. Of course, that solution never seems to last more than a
generation. We are quite forgetful. That is why Israel went into captivity
every time the past generation died off, the generation that had repented and
turned back to God. Each forgetful generation has to learn the same lesson again.
God
has also been known to send quail when people pray for it after despising
manna. God answers their prayer but sends leanness into their soul (Psalm 106:15 KJV). We should be careful what we ask
for. It may not be good for us. Worse yet, God might give us our request.
A
New Day
We
today live in a generation that has again forgotten God, but this time it is
different. I believe we are at the end of the final manifestation of Babylonian
“beast” systems. These ran their course by October of 2017 after ruling for
“seven times” (7 x 360 years) since the fall of Jerusalem in 604 B.C.
A
century ago, men thought Babylon would be destroyed by World War 1, because it
appeared that we were then at the end of the “seven times.” However, because of
the lost century from 163 to 63 B.C., where Jerusalem was independent of the
third “beast” empire (Greece), that time had to be added at the end. God had
contracted with the beast systems to judge Jerusalem and rule the world for
“seven times,” so their time of actual rule did not end until 2014-2017.
The
world, no doubt, has rejected the rule of Christ, who is the rightful King of
the earth. The Church too has largely rejected His law. The church would like
Jesus to rule, as long as He does not follow the law of god or issue any
commands that we must actually follow.
So
by past precedent, it would seem like we are ready to enter a new and more
oppressive phase of Socialist captivity. The phase in the last hundred years
has been a wooden yoke for us, where we were allowed to serve our captors in
our own land. If we were to enter a worse phase of captivity, it would
certainly be defined biblically as an iron yoke (Deuteronomy
28:48).
However,
many past precedents will no longer fit our time. The long-term contract that
gave Babylon authority over the world has ended. The Stone Kingdom is the next
phase on God’s agenda (Daniel 2:35),
wherein the Gospel of the Kingdom will spread rapidly throughout the whole
earth and dominate the globe for a thousand years of relative peace.
So
God has moved the chess pieces in place according to His sovereign will. We may
or may not like these political chess pieces, but our sovereign God uses them
anyway and does not consult our opinions. It is for us to decide whether to
support or oppose God’s plan and methods.
Mideast Madness
Much
is going on in the Mideast. There is, of course, the problem of Zionism, which
is the product of misunderstood prophecy and fleshly, political aspirations.
Most prophets today assume that the words they get regarding “Israel” are to be
applied to the State of Israel. God’s definitions are quite different. Many
prophets have hung their hats on the idea that the earthly Jerusalem is an
eternal city that will be Christ’s capital city during the Age to come.
Nothing
can be further from the truth. The prophets have been blinded to the difference
between the two Jerusalems. Paul identifies the earthly Jerusalem in Galatians 4:25 as “Hagar,” the bondwoman that must
be cast out. Her “children of the flesh,” who claim to be chosen by race, are
NOT inheritors of the Kingdom. The final outcome, Paul says, is to “Cast out
the bondwoman and her son” (Galatians
4:30). Only the children of “Sarah” are chosen inheritors of the
Kingdom.
Second,
Islam is another fleshly religion of “Hagar.” Revelation 9 prophecies of the
rise of Islam from Mohammed to the conquest of Constantinople (now Istanbul).
It is pictured as a plague of locusts (Revelation 9:3),
and God commissioned them to bring judgment upon the corrupt church (Revelation 9:20, 21).
Yet the church did not repent, so the plague has continued to this day.
God
is now exposing Mecca by showing us that it is the center of the plague of
locusts. A year ago, December 2018, the first swarm of locusts arose in Saudi
Arabia.
In
January 2019, the locusts descended on Mecca.
Unusually
heavy rains then came, which appeared to be a blessing, but they helped spawn
new crops of locusts that have now spread into Africa and Pakistan and even to the
border of China.

Mecca
is the heart of Islam, and the countries hardest hit are Muslim countries. The
Bible’s identification of locusts with Islam is now becoming clear. People are
forced to focus attention upon this problem, and sooner or later they will see
its biblical connection. Muslims themselves are the hardest hit by this plague,
because their religion itself has been their source of oppression.
Unfortunately,
just as the locusts are spreading to other countries, so also is the plague of
Islam being spread to other countries, usually through violent force. The
solution is to see a worldwide outpouring of the Holy Spirit. This is coming.
Russia-Turkey War
Turkey
has been invading northern Syria, supposedly attempting to defeat Syrian rebel
forces who still hold parts of Syria. Their underlying aim is to gain more
territory from Syria and ultimately to reorganize the Ottoman Empire that fell
in the wake of World War 2. But with the help of Russia, the Syrian government
is also trying to regain control of its territory, and this has brought them
into direct conflict with Turkey.
The
Telegraph
on February 10 reported that 5 Turkish soldiers were killed by Syrian troops.
When
Hal Turner reported on February 19 that Turkey had begun shelling a Russian
base in Syria and Russian forces defending Syria, I was somewhat skeptical.
But
subsequent reports have confirmed this, although, as usual, the mainstream
media treats it as if Russia struck Turkey first. The fact is, Turkey began
shelling a Syrian base in Idlib. On February 19, 2020, Turner reported this:
LATEST
UPDATE 4:10 PM EST -- Yesterday, Turkish President Recypt Erdogan
said Turkey will not allow Idlib, Syria to come back under control of the
Syrian Government, and his Turkish Army would commence attacks to make certain
of this. This morning, RUSSIA warned Turkey that such an effort
would result in the Russians DEFENDING Syria.
Eight
minutes ago, at 2:52 PM eastern US time, Turkish artillery began shelling
Syrian forces in and around Idlib, including Syrian forces which have RUSSIAN TROOPS
embedded.
The
Turks entered Syria UNINVEITED and WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION almost a year
ago. This new adventure by Turkey will get their forces stomped into the
ground by Russian forces, and will likely mean actual HOT WAR between Turkey
and Russia.
It
has begun. Multiple sources confirming heavy exchanges of artillery
and gunfire.
The
fighting has escalated, as 33 more Turkish troops were killed. Russia is being
blamed, but they deny it.
This
is turning into a battle for who has the right to control Idlib and other parts
of northern Syria. Turkey is following the US lead, as it is clear that the US
government has been sending troops to Syria since the Obama regime, essentially
claiming the right to overthrow Syrian President Assad. Russia could find
itself in another protracted conflict, if this continues.
