The Basel Accords

After the near financial collapse in September 2008, bankers understood that the existing financial system was nearing the end of its lifespan. Having been based on debt-based money, it was always just a matter of time before the bulk of the money would be transferred from the working people to the pockets of those who had created and owned the Federal Reserve Bank.

While this wealth transfer was the goal from the start, it was also known that at some point in time, the shortage of money on Main Street would collapse the system. Toward the end, the volume of new money being created would have to increase exponentially, but the sheer volume of money would then bring about a monetary collapse.

In 1988 the bankers understood that the end was nearing, so they established the Basel Capital Accord, known later as Basel 1. The Accord was named for the city in Switzerland where the bankers had met. The Accord made some minor alterations that were enforced in 1992.

In 2004 the bankers established Basel 2, which established minimum capital requirements of capital that banks had to have on hand in case there was a run on the banks.

After the financial crisis in 2008, the bankers drew up the plans for Basel 3, which increased the amount of capital requirements banks had to have on hand.

Banks do not like it when money sits idle, as it is unprofitable. The Basel 3 Accord is due to take effect on mainland Europe next week on July 1, 2021. It takes effect in the UK and the USA on January 1, 2022. No one knows precisely what will happen as a result.

I have heard some speak on this topic, and they have revealed other details in the Accord which, if properly implemented, could force the banks into some semblance of honesty in regard to the metals markets. But we have to recognize that these bankers are experts in ignoring the existing laws. The regulators in government agencies are there to protect the fraudsters, not to make them engage in honest business practice. So we will see how that works out in practice.

We have now reached the point where the problem can no longer be solved by throwing more money at it. In the past two years the Fed has created multiplied trillions of dollars. Just in 2021 alone, at least 9 trillion dollars has been created, though some say the actual figure is closer to 90 trillion, if we include secret money creation. Of course, most of this money goes to the wealthy and more than half of it goes overseas to bribe and buy politicians from other countries.

Regardless, the point is that the monetary charts now show a parabolic rise, heading almost straight up. This always happens just before a collapse. Some economists are projecting hyperinflation by 2022. However, hyperinflation requires these huge sums of money to be circulating among the public, rather than being held by the banks and their wealthy owners and clients on Wall Street. Hyperinflation is actually caused by an increased “velocity” of money—i.e., people spending it in retail stores. To spend it, one must first have it.

Twenty Years Since 2001

From July 1-14, 2001 we fought (and won) a series of spiritual battles which culminated on July 11. This was seen in the world two months later on September 11, 2001.

We are now nearing the twenty-year mark, which is a double Hezekiah Factor. We may see that battle resurface in some way from July 1-14, 2021, especially since the start of this is marked by the Basel 3 requirement. It is a time to watch, though it is too soon to know if or how those battles might manifest themselves. If something does occur, I would not watch for a repeat of 2001 but would expect to see how those battles have progressed in time.

The Federal Reserve is already planning a historic change to the US dollar.

The plan is to have a digital dollar. If you have money in the bank, it is already digitized, of course. The bank has very little paper cash on hand. So the form of money will not really change. And I do not think they will stop issuing paper money either, at least not for the foreseeable future. The main change is that money will use blockchain technology.

At the present time, there is a background struggle (war) over who will control this new money and who will issue it. Will it be issued at interest once again, as in 1913? Or will this new digital dollar be like the rest of the cryptocurrencies on the blockchain that were created as digital assets, not as digital debt notes? Debt notes bring slavery; Assets, whether digital or not, bring freedom. Which will it be?

This is a fluid situation, and the war is not yet over. But in my view, we are living at a time when the beast systems of the world no longer have the divine mandate to rule. The new system may not give us immediate freedom, but freedom is certainly on the way, even if it must evolve over a period of time.

Bretton Woods

The Bretton Woods Agreement in 1944 was the last great financial accord that made the US dollar the world reserve currency—backed by gold. This Agreement broke down after the US government began to print more money than its gold was able to back, especially during the Vietnam war. When France began to demand gold in payment for its exports to the USA, the gold supply in America was threatened.

So on August 15, 1971 President Nixon took us off the gold standard and essentially ended the Bretton Woods Agreement.

From then on, we went on an Oil Standard, using the Petro-dollar. Now the Petro-dollar system is collapsing, and something new must be implemented. Note that we are approaching the 50^th anniversary of the Petro-dollar on August 15, 2021. This has caught the attention of numerous economists, who have suddenly started using a new economic term: Debt-Jubilee.

I used to feel all alone when I talked about the Jubilee. Now I feel right at home, even though most economists do not fully understand a biblical Jubilee. I believe our job is to help give them a better understanding of a Jubilee as God defines it.

The point is that economists know that the Bretton Woods Agreement is fully dead and buried. They are calling for a “Realignment.”

Shutdowns in Washington

I have watched video reports from Washington, where it appears that most of the government institutions are shut down. This includes the White House, Congress and Senate, the Library of Congress, and even the FBI. Some reporters have been photographed doing imaginary news reports from the White House lawn. While Biden was supposedly giving a live press conference from the steps of the White House, there was no activity on site at the time.

What is going on?

Remember the news reports showing Biden stumbling three times as he boarded Air Force One? Shortly after that, he was shown carrying his own suitcase and umbrella up the same steps. Again, he entered the limo (“beast”) with no one opening the door for him. The guards were wearing Walmart brown shoes. And then Biden and Harris were seen boarding the same plane to go on a foreign trip. The president and vice-president are not allowed to travel together in case something happens to the plane.

While many ordinary people would have missed the significance of this, it would certainly raise eyebrows in every intelligence organization in the world. Many would have questioned if Biden is really the president. Something really weird is going on. This is not business as usual. It is a huge violation of protocol.

Social Media giants continue to censor anyone who differs from the official narrative. YouTube has banned most of the people that tell the truth. The algorithms target anyone using key words, even when they quote official government sources or the WHO website. The communists want freedom of speech until they take control of a country; then they ban it for everyone else. That is currently our situation in America. I have to get my information from BitChute or Rumble or some other independent platform.

The antics in Washington are approaching absurdity levels. The legislation coming out of Washington is insane. Men are now allowed to compete as women in the Olympics. We now have to call mothers “birthing persons” to avoid offending people. More and more, this looks like a plan to expose the Deep State’s stupidity by actually allowing them to try to implement their insane agenda.

So if you live outside of the USA, please excuse us while Nebuchadnezzar grazes for a season. We are legitimately embarrassed, but this will not last much longer. When Nebuchadnezzar regains his sanity, he will proclaim the sovereignty of God (Daniel 4:34). As a nation, we are being humbled, so that we never again allow Satanists to rule our country.

 

Sionism VS Zionism

The Bible speaks of two cities that are laying claim to the Birthright. The Birthright is the right to give birth to the sons of God—those whom God has chosen to rule the earth. So these two cities are also pictured as women who each claim that their “son” is the inheritor of the throne.

Each of these two “women” has laid claim to a different “mountain” from which to rule the earth. Each mountain is its capital city, so to speak.

One of these “mountains” is Mount Zion in Jerusalem. This is the place where Zionists believe the Messiah will set up His kingdom to rule the earth. Jerusalem is the capital city of the Zionists.

The other “mountain” is Mount Sion, which is the new Jerusalem, a heavenly city. Rev. 21:2 and 3 says,

“And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them.”

John saw the new Jerusalem pictured as “a bride.” This is the true bride of Christ who stands in contrast to the false bride. John calls the false bride “the great harlot” (Rev. 17:1), that is, the counterfeit bride.

The Apostle Paul’s View

In Galatians 4, the apostle Paul tells us that these two “women” were pictured in an earlier allegory. He tells us that Abraham had two wives, Hagar and Sarah, each of whom bore a son to Abraham. Hagar was a bondwoman, that is, a slave-bride; Sarah was a free woman.

In that story, the two women both believed that their son was the rightful heir of the Birthright. The dispute became so intense that God told Abraham to cast out Hagar and her son. Gal. 4:30 says,

“But what does the Scripture say? ‘Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be an heir with the son of the free woman’.”

Paul’s point was that there could be only one heir, and God had promised that this heir would come through Sarah, not through Hagar. The bondwoman, he said, represented the Old Covenant, which could not save anyone, nor could it save anyone from the bondage of sin. Old Covenant salvation was based on the promises of men to be obedient to God, but men have always failed to achieve salvation by the power of their own will.

Sarah represented the New Covenant, by which men are saved through the promise of God. God cannot fail to keep His word. His promises never fail. That is why our salvation comes only through the New Covenant.

Therefore, just as God told Abraham to cast out the bondwoman and her son, so also are we to reject the Old Covenant and its fleshly method of salvation by the will and works of men.

Paul says that Jerusalem represents the Old Covenant that is the foundation of Judaism, while the new Jerusalem represents the New Covenant which is the foundation of Christianity. Gal. 4:24, 25 says,

Now this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem above is free; she is our mother.

Judaism and Christianity may have the same Father in heaven, but they have different mothers. Only those who are born from the free woman are heirs of the Kingdom. And yet, many Christians today think that the earthly Jerusalem is the mother of the church. If that were so, then the church itself must be cast out along with its mother.

This should serve as a warning to Christians as well as to Jews that Old Covenant faith is insufficient. We are not saved by the will of the flesh or by men’s promises to God, because John 1:13 says that we were “begotten not by bloodline, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.”

Those who have New Covenant faith are those who base their salvation on the promises of God, even as Abraham himself did. Rom. 4:20-22 says this about him,

Yet with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform. Therefore, it was also credited to him as righteousness.

This was what the Apostle Paul taught the church.

Mount Zion and Mount Sion

Mount Zion was the seat of King David’s government after he conquered the city of Jerusalem. Jesus replaced it with Mount Sion, which is the seat of government under the New Covenant.

Many do not realize that these were not the same mount. Zion was in Jerusalem; Sion was Mount Hermon just north of the land of Israel. Deut. 4:47 and 48 says,

“They took possession of his land and the land of Og king of Bashan, the two kings of the Amorites who were across the Jordan to the east, from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of Arnon, even as far as Mount Sion (that is, Hermon).”

Mount Sion was outside the border of Israel. To get to Mount Sion (or Hermon) from Galilee, one had to go to the old city of Dan, which was later called Caesarea Philippi. This was situated at the base of Mount Hermon.

Jesus took His disciples to Caesarea Philippi before going to the top of Mount Hermon to be transfigured. Matt. 16:13 says,

“Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, He was asking His disciples, ‘Who do men say that the Son of Man is?’”

This was where Peter received the revelation that Jesus was the Son of God (Matt. 16:16). Apparently, Jesus spent six days at Caesarea Philippi, where He taught the Gospel of the Kingdom with His disciples. Then we read in Matt. 17:1 and 2,

“Six days later Jesus took with Him Peter and James and John his brother, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves. And He was transfigured before them; and His face shone like the sun, and His garments became as white as light.”

The Mount of Transfiguration was Mount Sion, that is, Mount Hermon. This is what made that mountain the capital of Christ’s Kingdom. That mountain was the mother of the sons of God who are the true inheritors of the Kingdom. So we read in Matt. 17:5,

“While he [Peter] was still speaking, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and behold, a voice out of the cloud said, ‘This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased; listen to Him!’”

Jesus’ heavenly Father declared Him to be “My beloved Son.” Those who follow Him to Mount Sion may also be declared to be the sons of God.

The Children of God

Those who go to Mount Zion in the earthly Jerusalem, those who consider Jerusalem to be their spiritual mother, are not the sons of God. They are instead the children of bondage, children of the flesh (Gal. 4:29). Paul tells us again in Rom. 9:6-8,

“For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel; nor are they all children because they are Abraham’s descendants, but ‘through Isaac your descendants will be named.’ That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are children of God, but the children of the promise are regarded as descendants.”

Just because some can claim physical descent from Abraham does not make them Abraham’s descendants. Abraham’s children are those who follow his example of New Covenant faith in the promises of God. Those who have faith in their own promise to God are still children of the flesh, because their promises are based on the will of man, not of God.

True faith believes God’s promise and does not have any confidence that man’s will brings about his salvation. Man’s will cannot initiate his salvation. Any promise that man makes to God must be seen as a response to God’s will. When God opens a man’s eyes to the truth of the gospel, he then responds by committing his life to Christ.

The Mother of the Sons of God is Mount Sion

The children of God are begotten on Mount Sion, not on Mount Zion. For this reason, Heb. 12:22, 23 says,

“But you have come to Mount Sion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the myriads of angels, to the general assembly and church of the Firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to God, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, and to Jesus, the Mediator of a new covenant.”

In the verses preceding this statement, we are told that we were not called to Mount Sinai (as were the Israelites in the days of Moses). Instead, we have been called to Mount Sion. Mount Sinai is in Arabia, the inheritance that God gave to Ishmael, son of Hagar.

Paul tells us that “this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem” (Gal. 4:25). Mount Sinai was the place where the Old Covenant was given, and when the chief priests in Jerusalem rejected Jesus as the Mediator of a New Covenant, they put Jerusalem under the jurisdiction of Mount Sinai.

This is how Jerusalem came to correspond to Mount Sinai in Arabia. The physical locations were different, but legally speaking, they were equivalents. Anyone who considers Jerusalem or Mount Sinai to be their spiritual mother is not yet an heir. Heb. 12:12-14 tells us,

“Therefore, Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people through His own blood, suffered outside the gate [of Jerusalem]. So let us go out to Him outside the camp, bearing his reproach. For here we do not have a lasting city, but we are seeking the city which is to come.”

To be an heir, one must follow the example of the Apostle Paul, who, in his early life, was a child of Jerusalem and a child of the flesh. As such, he persecuted the church. So we read in Gal. 4:28 and 29,

And you brethren, like Isaac, are children of promise. But as at that time, he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so it is now also.

Paul’s conversion on the Damascus road changed his status from a child of the flesh to a son of promise. This had nothing to do with his race or genealogy. It had everything to do with the quality of his faith.

Paul’s example shows us how to become children of God, heirs of the promise of God. When Paul’s spiritual mother was Jerusalem, he was a Zionist. When Paul claimed Mount Sion as his spiritual mother, he became a Sionist. Sionism looks to the place of Jesus’ transfiguration as the Son of God.

 

The Work of the House of Joseph

THE WORK OF THE HOUSE OF JOSEPH

President Bill Clinton was a manifestation of the biblical King Ahab during his presidency and beyond. Though he was highly immoral in his character, he was also religious in his own way. I recall how the prophet Paul Cain (recently deceased) talked to him personally and how Bill even cried because he was too deeply entrenched in the Babylonian system to turn to God. Knowing Paul Cain’s ability to search the hearts of men, I can only imagine how Clinton must have seen the evidence of the power of God.

1 Corinthians 14:24, 25 says,

²⁴ But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an ungifted man enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all; ²⁵ the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so he will fall on his face and worship God, declaring that God is certainly among you.

Shortly before Paul Cain died, he contemplated attending one of our conferences, as we had a mutual friend (Chris Reed). I believe that Chris now carries the remarkable anointing that Paul Cain had. He has just been designated as Rick Joyner’s successor to Morningstar Ministries in North Carolina.

As for Bill Clinton, recall that his humbling on September 11, 1998 gave America a three-year extension of grace before God brought America into its time of judgment. This judgment began with the Twin Towers demolition on September 11, 2001, and America was thrust into a time of trouble, which has been labeled the “war on terror.”

For this reason, the Bill Clinton era did not truly end with the inauguration of President Bush in January of 2001. The Clinton-Ahab era did not end fully until September 11, 2001, at which time we entered into the Hillary-Jezebel era for the next fifteen years to September 11, 2016.

Horns are Extensions

To put it in prophetic terminology, such extensions are known as “horns.” A horn is an extension of a beast, making the beast “longer” than he is. Thus, the “goat” in Daniel 8:8 attacked the ram with its little horn. The goat was the Grecian Empire, and its little horn was Alexander the Great. That little horn was soon broken, and four other horns replaced it. So we find that Alexander was replaced by his four generals, who divided up the empire among themselves, giving the Grecian empire an extension beyond the life of Alexander himself.

A similar little horn was seen in the next beast that represented the Roman Empire (Daniel 7:20). This was Papal Rome, which arose when Imperial Rome fell apart in 476 A.D. The horn extended the fourth beast’s dominion in various forms until the time of the end.

Such prophetic terminology, then, can be applied to Bill Clinton, whose short horn extended into the Bush era.

The Rise of Hillary-Jezebel

In the biblical story of Ahab and Jezebel, we read how Ahab was killed and how his son Ahaziah succeeded him (1 Kings 22:51). His mother was Jezebel, the daughter of Ethbaal, king of Sidon (1 Kings 16:31). Ethbaal was the high priest of Sidon who overthrew King Pheles of Tyre and ruled as a counterfeit of the Melchizedek Order of King-Priests. His name means “with, near, or together with Baal.” He was Vicar of Baal, ruling “anti” (Greek: in place of) Baal.

It is clear from the story of Elijah that Jezebel wielded great power and influence before and after Ahab’s death. Her son Ahaziah was officially the king, but Jezebel exercised great power and used it to kill the prophets of God (1 Kings 18:3, 4). She was also the one who had Naboth killed so that Ahab could inherit his vineyard (1 Kings 21:7). Ahab himself did not dare to do this, for though he was a wicked king, he did have a conscience.

So also Hillary Rodham, said to be assigned by the CIA to be Bill Clinton’s wife, had little or no conscience. Those who knew her during the Clinton presidency say that she was ruthless and foul-mouthed. She commanded fear, but little respect. Her character closely matched what we know of Jezebel.

From a prophetic standpoint, the “war on terror” era after September 11, 2001 was the era of Hillary-Jezebel. This lasted until she collapsed at the memorial ceremony fifteen years later on September 11, 2016. That is when she lost power, and it became apparent that two months later she would lose the election to Donald Trump. Trump himself played the role of Jehu, who was commissioned by God through Elisha to destroy the house of Ahab (2 Kings 9:7).

Jezebel’s Extension

It took many years to understand the timing of Hillary’s role as Jezebel. This was because the prayer campaign to overthrow Jezebel was conducted ten years “late” (2011), utilizing the principle of the Hezekiah Factor.

It is a complex story, but it can be summarized, for the moment, by saying that the prayer campaign began on September 11, 2011, was made retroactive to September 11, 2001, but also gave Hillary a fifteen-year extension to September 11, 2016. This was in accordance with the fifteen-year extension given to Hezekiah, along with the sign that the clock would be turned back ten years. The pivot point for all of this was the prayer campaign in 2011.

Hence, in a strange way, both Bill and Hillary Clinton received extensions (or “horns”) in their respective times of dominion. In the biblical story, Jehu killed Jezebel some years after Ahab died in battle. Though she did not rule formally, she was an important power broker in the post-Ahab era. So also Hillary was an important power broker in the post-Clinton presidency, while never achieving actual power as president.

The Times of the Gentiles

As America was being led into bondage after the Twin Towers disaster, God was raising up the House of Joseph behind the scenes in preparation for the end of the dominion of beast empires. The succession of beast empires, is often called “the times of the Gentiles” (Luke 21:24). This “time” did not begin with the fall of Jerusalem in 70 A.D., but with the fall of Jerusalem in 604 B.C. when the city came under the dominion of King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.

These “times” were the seven times of long-term prophecy (7 x 360 years) that began when God took the Dominion Mandate of the king of Judah and gave it to the king of Babylon (Genesis 49:10; Jeremiah 27:6, 7). Later, the prophet Daniel was given revelation that this captivity would last far beyond the 70 years allotted to Babylon. The Babylonian captivity was only the first of four empires that would dominate the western world—Jerusalem in particular.

Except for a brief century of independence from 163-63 B.C. during the Hasmonean era, these beast empires have ruled during “the times of the Gentiles.” The law of tribulation says that if Israel persisted in its disobedience, God was to punish them “seven times” (Leviticus 26:18). By comparing Daniel 7 with Revelation 13, we see that 3½ “times” was “forty-two months” or 1260 “days.” So the full “seven times” is a period of 2,520 days/years.

From the fall of Jerusalem in 604 B.C. to 1917 A.D. is 2,520 years. In that year General Allenby took Jerusalem from the Ottoman Empire. However, when we take into consideration the century of Jerusalem’s independence, the beast empires’ seven times of actual dominion ended a century later in 2017. Donald Trump was raised up to bring an end to the dominion of these beast empires, as well as to destroy the house of Ahab and Jezebel.

The prophetic story is still ongoing, so we do not yet know how this will play out. But we do have the sure word of prophecy, and if we know the times and seasons, we know that the story will end with the saints of the Most High being given the dominion (Daniel 7:22, 27).

The House of Joseph

The dreams of Joseph took many years to be fulfilled in his day. Though he dreamed that his brethren would bow down to him (Genesis 37:6-10), he first had to be enslaved and imprisoned in a political dungeon to learn how to rule properly. This was prophetic of the tribes that sprang from him, Ephraim and Manasseh, who were taken into captivity to Assyria many centuries later.

Joseph’s eventual elevation to a position of power under Pharaoh prophesied of the rise of the House of Joseph at the end of “the times of the Gentiles.” We are now in that era, as we will see. The main work that Joseph did during his rise was to prepare for the coming famine. Many years later, Amos 8:11, 12 prophesied the nature of this famine, saying,

¹¹ “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord God, “when I will send a famine on the land, not a famine for bread or a thirst for water, but rather for hearing the words of the Lord. ¹² People will stagger from sea to sea and from the north even to the east; they will go to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, but they will not find it.”

This famine of hearing the word has darkened the world for a very long time. Though Christians have many Bibles (in western countries), their understanding is limited by the lack of genuine revelation. The work of the house of Joseph, then, is primarily characterized by gathering the bread of life, which is “the word of the Lord.”

For this reason (in my view), I have written many commentaries on various books of the Bible since 2001 in order to set forth the revelation that I have received. Many others have done the same in their own way, as we have all worked to prepare for the famine of hearing the word.
