Justice and the IG Report

JUSTICE AND THE INSPECTOR GENERAL’S REPORT

By Dr. Stephen Jones:  Dec 10, 2019

Blog Post Date:  12-14-2019

The long-awaited report on FISA abuse was finally made public yesterday, December 9. It was actually foreshadowed two years earlier when Q posted a single word: “Justice” in post #309 dated December 9, 2017.

More recently in post #3642 dated December 2, 2019, Q posted a picture of a watch that was set on 1:29 pm, which the time that the IG report actually was released. He has often posted pictures of this watch, along with Donald Trump’s signature pen to mark important times or dates that are coming. This post proved to be the same once again, showing that the precise timing of the report was carefully orchestrated.

The mainstream media ran headlines telling everyone that the IG report showed that the FISA applications to spy on Donald Trump were “flawed” but not serious.  But it showed 51 violations of the Woods Procedures (guidelines) and that the FBI lied outright 9 times. Seeing that many have gone to prison for a single lie or misleading statement, 9 lies seems quite serious to me. Maybe the mainstream media forgot to read Appendix 1 of the report.

John Solomon gave an overview of the report itself.

To understand just how shoddy the FBI’s work was in securing a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant targeting the Trump campaign, you only need to read an obscure attachment to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report.

Appendix 1 identifies the total violations by the FBI of the so-called Woods Procedures, the process by which the bureau verifies information and assures the FISA court its evidence is true.

The Appendix identifies a total of 51 Woods procedure violations from the FISA application the FBI submitted to the court authorizing surveillance of former Trump campaign aide Carter Page starting in October 2016.

A whopping nine of those violations fell into the category called: “Supporting document shows that the factual assertion is inaccurate.” ….

The FBI made nine false statements to the court.

And the appendix shows the FBI made another nine factual assertions that did not match the supporting evidence in the file. In another words, the bureau was misleading on nine other occasions.

The vast majority of remaining Woods violations — 33 in total — involved failing to provide any evidence in the Woods procedure backing up assertion in the FISA warrant application.

That’s serious too since the sole purpose of the Wood procedures is to ensure all evidence cited in a FISA application is documented as accurate and reliable so it can be trusted by the courts.

Of course, keep in mind that the Inspector General has no power to indict or prosecute anyone. Neither was it in his mandate to judge anyone’s political motives. His mandate was to identify procedural flaws and violations in a low-key manner and then make recommendations to the Department of Justice for any further action.

This report merely opens to the door to “Justice.” Anyone who lied to the FISA court will probably be prosecuted for perjury, once Durham’s report is completed. The entire Russia-collusion hoax was based on the FISA applications in 2016. But since we are now approaching the Christmas season, it is not likely that the Durham report will come out before the first of the year (2020).

The New Prophetic Year
Insofar as my own watch dates are concerned, December 9 was an important time to watch in the current 76-day cleansing cycle (November 14 to January 29). By the way, I can’t remember if I mentioned this before. I know that I had suggested the possibility that October 27 might be the start of the new Prophetic Year, but that proved to be wrong.

When I prayed about it, the Father said “no,” and He did not confirm the start until later. November 14 proved to be the start of the new Prophetic Year, and the start of the first of two 76-day cycles of cleansing.

The Prophetic Year always begins some time after the eighth day of Tabernacles and ends on the eighth day of Tabernacles the following year. And it always begins with two cycles of 76 days. This has been the case since I began keeping records in 1981. Even so, it took more than a dozen years of record-keeping before I noticed the pattern.

Patterns of Injustice and Justice
The original pattern was set by the Net of Prayer when they entered into spiritual warfare on November 12, 1981 and ended on January 27, 1982. After this, there was a 3-day “celebration” that finally ended on January 30, 1982. Since these Prophetic Years do not necessarily begin on the same day each year, the times have varied over the years. The present cycle is two days different, November 14 to January 29.

Recall that back in 1981 the Net of Prayer’s stated goal for the prayer campaign was “to free God’s chosen elect from the Broken Cross system.” In lay terms, it was designed to free people from the corrupted church system. It affected me immediately, when I found myself in direct conflict with my own church on November 12, 1981, and I resigned a few weeks later on December 4.

On the night of December 8, which is December 9 by Hebrew time, the church held a church “trial” for me without inviting me. I was quite shocked at their behavior in those days, since they claimed to follow God’s law and yet violated it in the same way that the Pharisees did in Jesus’ case. In John 7:51 Nicodemus told them,

51 “Our Law does not judge a man, unless it first hears from him and knows what he is doing, does it?”

So December 8/9 has been a watch date every time that this particular cycle has surfaced over the years. So I took note of Q’s post on December 9, 2017, “Justice,” and now in 2019 the IG report has been released on the same date. It shows the past abuse of “Justice” and opens the door to “Justice” being done to remedy this.

The current cycle does not end until January 29, 2020, and there are other watch dates before we get there, so we will monitor events accordingly in the weeks ahead. Since I wrote about this story in the first chapter of The Wars of the Lord, you might want to refresh your memory about this and pick out the main watch dates.

Death and Resurrection
In my story, my resignation from the church was God’s way of setting me free from my own “Broken Cross system.” It was a bitter experience for me, and since it occurred at Las Cruces, I knew from the beginning that it was my crucifixion experience. Hence, I also knew that I would rise again. My “resurrection” occurred a year later on the same dates, because the original 76-day pattern emerged again in 1982-1983 on the same dates.

As I have often said, my “wilderness” journey began in 1981. The first year was the “dungeon” until 1982. From 1981-1993 was twelve years of “training.” But now it has been 38 years from 1981-2019, which is the time given in Deuteronomy 2:14, where Israel remained in the wilderness after refusing to enter the land at Kadesh-barnea.

There might still be a 40-year cycle to watch, and if so, we will see what happens two years from now. But meanwhile, I am focused on the current 38-year cycle. In essence, what I wanted to do in 1981 is now coming to pass in 2019. It is as if we were at Kadesh-barnea in 1981, but the church did not share my vision at that time. They were ready to stone me, just like they wanted to stone Caleb and Joshua (Numbers 14:10). Caleb and Joshua, the overcomers, were not allowed to enter the Promised Land by themselves but had to wait for the next generation 38 years later. This is what appears to be happening now.

So I view the current cycle, not as another death cycle but as a resurrection cycle. For this reason, it is more comparable to the original resurrection cycle a year later (1982-1983).

Because of this, I have taken note that when we reran the pattern in 1985-1986 in the story of Pastor Red Thomas, He was “raised from the dead” on January 27, 1986. (See Wars of the Lord, chapters 4 and 49 for the full story.) It is interesting that four years earlier was the end of the original prayer campaign in the Net of Prayer (January 27, 1982).

Our current cycle ends January 29, 2020, but it correlates with the end of the 76-day cycle, so we ought to watch January 27-29 once again for a “resurrection” sign.

These repeating patterns have been given to us over the years in order to give pieces of revelation for future events. We have to piece them together to construct a full picture of what God is doing in the earth. This is not always easy to do. I think the Father deliberately makes it difficult and confusing (with all the dates), so that we will have to wait until the events happen in order to understand it. Meanwhile, we at least know what dates to watch, and we know the basic themes as well.
