THE HUNDRED-YEAR EXTENSION
OF CAPTIVITY

Time; Blessed Time; and the 2520 year contract.

When
Jerusalem was captured in 604 B.C., it started a 70-year captivity to Babylon
that finally ended in 534 B.C. with the decree of Cyrus that allowed the people
to return to the old land.
However,
it took another 76 years for the second decree—this time by Artaxerxes in 458
B.C.—to cleanse Jerusalem and to put the city on Blessed Time. That is when
Daniel’s 70 Weeks began (Daniel 9:24), and this was the countdown toward Jesus’
crucifixion in 33 A.D.
The significance of Daniel’s 70 Weeks is that it represented the
restart of the prophetic calendar after the captivity had interrupted it. While
in captivity the Sabbath rest-years and Jubilees did not count against them,
because they were already under divine judgment and could not enter God’s rest
as a nation.
But when they returned, things began to change. Even so, God still
required them to undergo a further cleansing period (76 years) before they
could fully enter Blessed Time. Recall that to go from Cursed Time (414) to
Blessed Time (490) requires an additional 76 years.
The prophetic Jubilee calendar, then, restarted in 458 B.C., which
was the seventh year of Artaxerxes king of Persia (Ezra 7:7, 11). As I showed
in an earlier study, this calendar was just seven years off from the original
Creation Jubilee calendar. The rest years lined up, but the Jubilees were still
seven years off.
This situation was not corrected for another 50 Jubilees (1993-1994).
It was corrected by the Hezekiah Factor, which was revealed in October 1994 and
applied in 1996. There the calendar was legally reversed 10 years, as if God
had again turned the clock back (2 Kings 20:11). When 1996 became 1986,
prophetically speaking, the previous calendar was changed.
The year 1993-1994 was the 40th Jubilee of the church
(since 33 A.D.), but that was the final Jubilee applicable to the church. The
same date was also 50 Jubilees since the start of Daniel’s 70 Weeks.
Just as we saw a 50-Jubilee cycle from Adam to Moses—specifically to
the day that the 12 spies gave their report—so also did it take another 50
Jubilees to bring us to the edge of the Promised Land. This cycle is a Jubilee
of Jubilees.
Background to Russia’s 70-Year Captivity
The captivity of Jerusalem in 604 B.C. was more than just 70 years.
The 70 years that the people spent in Babylon was only the first phase of that
a much longer captivity. Jeremiah saw only the Babylonian captivity, though
occasionally he received pieces of revelation that hinted of other nations that
were involved.
Still, it took Daniel to reveal more fully the long captivity that included
Persia, Greece, Rome, and the little-horn extension of Rome which came to be
called the Roman church.
These
nations were revealed in Daniel 2 as portions of a great image, each made of a
different metal—gold, silver, bronze, and iron. They were again revealed in
Daniel 7 as various “beasts”—winged lion, bear, leopard, and nameless beast
with iron teeth and feet. For my own purposes, I refer to these nations as
“beast nations.”
They were given a 2,520 year contract to rule and to bring judgment
upon Jerusalem (and the world in general). The law expresses it in terms of
“seven times” (Leviticus 26:18), which is more specifically defined later as 7
x 360 years, or 2,520 years.
The point is that from the year Jerusalem was captured in 604 B.C. to the year 1917 A.D.
was precisely 2,520 years. This seemed to end the captivity of Jerusalem,
because that is the year that British general Allenby took Jerusalem toward the
end of World War 1. At the time, many alert prophecy
teachers such as H. Gratton Guiness foresaw Jerusalem’s liberation from the
Ottoman Empire in 1917.
However,
at the time, they were just looking at the 2,520 year cycle without factoring
in the century in which Jerusalem was ruled by the Hasmonean priests in an
independent Jerusalem from 163-63 B.C. The third beast, then, was deprived of
100 years of its contract to rule, so this had to be added at the end in 1917.
This
took us to the year 2017, at which time we now are seeing the full collapse of
the rule of the beasts. Beasts, however, do not give up power without a fight,
for they always disagree with God when it does not go their way. Nonetheless,
power is being wrenched from their hands forcibly, most notably by hidden
powers backing President Donald Trump.
The
important thing to note is the importance of both 1917 and 2017 in prophecy.
The extension of beast rule for that century was clearly an add-on, since
Jerusalem was indeed taken back in 1917. But the Kingdom did not begin at that
time, as many expected at the time. The Jehovah’s
Witnesses believe that the resurrection of the dead was to take place in 1914.
When they saw no actual evidence of this in 1914 they shifted their view to a
spiritual (and hidden) resurrection, for they were unable to admit error and
certainly did not understand the additional century.
The Khazarian Captivity
The
year 1917 saw the so-called “Russian” Revolution. It was not a revolution by
Russians but was actually a Khazarian Revolution in Russia that created the
Soviet Union. To understand it, one would have to go back in history a thousand
years or more to the great Khazar Empire that spanned more than a million
square miles, separating East from West. They controlled a very important trade
route, charging a 10 percent tax on all goods passing through their land.
The
Khazars were a Turkish tribe who converted to Judaism, more than a thousand
years ago. According to the Jewish Encyclopedia, “the conversion took place in
620; according to others in 740.”
So
the lead-in statement of the Jewish Encyclopedia says under the heading,
Chazars: “A people of Turkish origin whose life and history are interwoven with
the very beginnings of the history of the Jews of Russia.” The fact is that
Eastern European Jews are largely Chazarian converts to Judaism about 1200-1400
years ago. Their ancestors did not come from Judah or Israel.
Much could be said about this, of course, as this historical fact
raises many interesting prophetic questions. However, we must focus on a narrow
path. The
Chazars, or Khazars, were gradually conquered and absorbed by the Rus, or
Russians, who came down from the north. Hence, the Chazars came to be known as
the Ashkenazim—the main branch of world Jewry. About 80% of Israeli Jews are
Ashkenazi. Arab countries known this history, and so they object to the Jewish
claim on the land of Palestine. If their claim is based
on race, then they have a point. But if conversion to Judaism truly makes one
Jewish, then the Ashkenazi Jews are indeed Jews.
The Khazarian Invasion
The
Ashkenazi invasion of Palestine is foretold in Scripture, though few know
enough history to recognize it. As I showed in chapter 15 of my
book, The Struggle for the Birthright, in 960 A.D. King
Joseph of the Khazars wrote a letter to a Spanish Jew as a response to his
inquiry about the Jewish Kingdom. Joseph traced the genealogy of the Khazars to
the seventh son of Togarma.
Togarmah’s
children are not recorded in Genesis 10, but we are told that he was the son of
Gomer, whose brothers were Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras
(Genesis 10:2). These are a virtual Who’s Who of Ezekiel 38 and 39 in the
prophecy of Magog’s invasion of Israel. (See Ezekiel 38:2, 3; 39:1.)
Most
prophecy teachers claim that this speaks of a Russian invasion of Israel, but
it is really a Chazar invasion that has already taken place. The Israeli
state is the fulfillment of that prophecy. By misnaming their state Israel,
they tricked Christians into supporting the great invasion prophesied in
Ezekiel 38 and 39. This could not have happened, of course, had not God blinded
the eyes of the church.
Keep
in mind, of course, that Khazars (as with anyone) have the right to opt out of
the prophecies that the group/nation is fulfilling. By coming to Christ, they
become new creatures in Him and are no longer bound to the fate of their ethnic
or national identity.
The Russian Captivity
As
I said earlier, the Russians conquered the Jewish Chazarians many centuries
ago. But in 1917 the Jewish Chazarians overthrew the Russians in a political
coup known as the Russian Revolution. It was accomplished by the
Communist/Socialist theories of Karl Marx, the son of a rabbi. His full name
was Karl Heinrich Mordecai Levy. Most of the revolutionary leaders were Jewish.
In fact, the first 258 commissars after the 1917 revolution came from the Lower
East Side of New York City. Almost all of them were New York Jews. This was
fully investigated in The Overman Report of 1919, headed by US Senator
Overman.

You
might say that the Russians had put the Chazars into captivity more than a
thousand years ago, and in 1917 that captivity was reversed when the Russians
were put into captivity to the Chazars for 70 years. The Russian captivity
began to come to an end in 1987 when President Gorbachev gave his famous speech
on the 70th anniversary of the revolution.
That
speech brought about a new policy of glasnost and perestroika,
marking the beginning of the end. The Soviet Union thereafter began to implode,
ending in the early 1990’s with the break up of the Soviet Union. Russia then
emerged as a new nation, and after struggling for a few years, they finally
gained independence under Putin.
The 76-Year Cleansing Cycle
The
70-year captivity extended from 1917-1987, much like Jerusalem’s 70-year
captivity in Babylon. A 76-year cleansing cycle also
occurred, but it was unlike what we saw with Jerusalem (534-458 B.C.). Instead,
Russia’s 70 years and the 76-year cleansing cycle had the same beginning point
in 1917. They ran at the same time, rather than one after the other.
Hence, the 76-year cycle of cleansing was from 1917-1993, ending at
the 40th Jubilee of the church (and the end of the reign of “Saul”).
By making the 70- and 76-year cycles run at the same time, God
shortened the time for the sake of the elect (Matthew 24:22), so that we would
not have to wait for an extra 76-year time of cleansing (1987-2063). As I
showed in Secrets of Time, God has done this in other ways as well. For
example, he caused the Jubilee year (50th year) to run at the same
time as the first year of the next cycle. Hence, ten Jubilees is not 500 years
but just 490.
In this way God has also packed 6,000 years of legal time into just
5,880 years of actual chronological time. (This is a period of 120 Jubilees.)
Conclusion
Prophetically
speaking, Russia has been a pivotal nation for the past century, though not in
the way the church normally believes. Russia is not making ready to invade
Israel. Russia is ordained by God to help overthrow the beast power whose time
is ending. In this century-long extension of beast rule (1917-2017), Russia was
put under an iron yoke, known to historians as “the iron curtain.” The rest of
us served out our captivity under a wooden yoke (since president Woodrow
Wilson, who signed the Federal Reserve Act).
Russia suffered far more than Europe and America, but both
captivities began to come to an end at the same time. By the end of 1993,
Russia’s 76-year cleansing cycle had ended, the church’s 40 Jubilee reign of
Saul had ended, and the 50 Jubilees from the decree of Artaxerxes had ended.
That was when we were led to begin our Jubilee Prayer Campaign (November 1993).
And the rest is history.
